women’s power center is the 4th, the heart.
Whether you are single or in a relationship,
you will benefit from being reminded of behaviors, words and actions which help you to move closer to your partner.  
And by the way that will make you very attractive to men in general!

Part 1: warm-up with dancing outside, 
7 important concepts to remember implemented right away with interactive practices.

Part 2 : 3 actions to take
Solo practice inside (including a fun Tantric basic dance to do a “striptease” version)
All exercises are optional, you may witness or participate
