Our bodies will awaken with flowing movements, followed by the intimate dance of "contact improvisation," and the joyful rhythm of some dancing. Every step is thoughtfully structured and clearly guided, ensuring comfort and ease for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

In the spirit of Tantric polarity (Yin and Yang), you will meet each participant of the other gender. To honor all levels of experience, options will be provided if you wish to deepen or "spice up" the exercises, with consent always being the absolute must.
