Summer Tantra Puja

Each encounter will begin by discussing a quote from a Master of different traditions...
Then, a tantric exercise with the eyes, with the hands, or with hugs...to attune with each other's energy.
Some movements like Qigong, some close dancing like "contact dancing" and some fun dancing like swing.
Everything is well structured and clearly guided to help beginners feel at ease.
You will meet each participant of the other gender (tantra works with Polarity, yin and yang)

You will practice exercises you can use in your dating or long-term relationship.

Ther will be the same number of men and women.

Men dress in white top, women in colors
