Holiday Puja for singles

The Holiday spirit is about giving to people and receiving from people.

A tantra puja is about honoring everyone with attention, intention, words, and touch.

Each woman will meet every man, and each man will meet every woman, in a 10 min exercise, that will be different at each "station"

The same number of men and women are registered.

Examples of exercises:

You sit facing a random partner and the question asked is something like

“People are hard to hate up close” What do you think?

"They say a person needs just 3 things to be truly happy in this world:
someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for" What do you think?

One partner talks, the other one listens, then we change roles

A touch exercise is something like this:

-take the hand of your partner and with your touch tell them who you are (tender, playful, passionate...)

or

-imagine you are both penguins and you are dancing in the snow!

At the end of an exercise, there is short feedback:

"What I appreciated was..." or "what you did very well was..." or "I was impressed by your ability to..."

And for those who do not like surprises and are feeling a bit nervous,  I do offer a rehearsal where you can practice all the exercises with me and get the Dos and the Don't. A puja is a ritualistic format with a structure that allows participants to go beyond the mundane with ease and safety...it is quite enlivening

Private rehearsal is 90 min/$150, and you will practice all the exercises with me and even get the script of all the questions.
