Our first exercise will be...

If you were a planet shining for millions of years, what would you want to shine for? What is a big value for you in 2025? Love, harmony, justice…?You will share your answer with 1 partner...then you will let your 4 hands meet slowly and create a dance

Ladies will rotate and meet the next partner in the circle (this is random but you will meet all the participants of the opposite gender)

 Another example of an exercise:

The planet Uranus has a gentle blue-green color because the center is a frozen mass. Being frozen is the theme here
The men will answer the question:  "When you meet a lady who seems frozen, maybe she is shy, she does not smile, she does not reach out.., what do you do? Do you run away? Do you try to engage in a conversation?"
Then the ladies will have a chance to answer what they would like a man to do: "Leave you alone? Make you laugh? Ask you questions?"
The touch exercise following is called: "channels of heaven": a yin/yang touch on the legs of the lady, a real bliss!
